Quality is your characterizing feature against your competitors?
Good quality can be seen at the quality of the user help options!

Documentations and user manuals are easing up life!

For every bought device you expect and need an easy readable user instruction. Every software needs a documentation that explains usage and function for the user. Manuals and documentations are useful and necessary for everybody!

You need a technical documentation for a program or a device user manual? Your customer withholds payment due to missing documentation? You developped or purchased new software but you need a manual for your daily workflow?

Experience shows that documentations written by engineers succumb a kind of blindness. They know so well what the program is able to and should do, so that they omit things that the new user is not knowing. Everybody knows that the manual often remains obstenately silent when problems occur during daily usage.

I am writing for entrepreneurs, software developers, distributors or end user an easy comprehensible manual for software or devices from the "simple user" view, certainly with consultation of the developer or your staff.

You receive manuals that everybody can understand and I'd be glad to show you and your staff what your new software can do. My experience starts at individual Office applications (MS Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint®, Access®) goes SAP addons and Just-in-Time/Just-in-Sequence (JIT/JIS) software for automotive subsidiaries up to programmable locig controls (PLC) and industrial PCs that are used in automation facilities.
At request you may also get according customer or staff trainings (via Capricorn Consulting & Training GbR).
